GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. WHO CAN ENTER
Open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over, excluding Permella employees, their immediate families and anyone connected with the giveaway.
2. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary. Enter through Permella’s official giveaway page using a valid email address. One entry per person. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.
3. CLOSING DATE & WINNER
Entries close at 11:59 p.m. BST on 20 August 2026. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted only through the email address used to enter and announced on Permella’s official social pages on 1 September 2026. Permella will never ask for payment or bank details to release the prize. The winner must respond within seven days or another winner may be selected.
4. THE PRIZE
The prize is return economy flights for two people and a three-night hotel stay in Tenerife for two. Flights are available only from a UK or European departure airport selected and agreed by Permella. The winner and guest are responsible for travelling to and from that departure airport at their own cost.
5. TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Travel must be completed by 31 August 2027. Dates, departure airport, route, airline, hotel and room type are subject to availability and must be agreed in writing with Permella. Blackout dates may apply. The winner must not make their own bookings unless Permella agrees in writing.
The prize does not include airport transfers, checked baggage, seat selection, travel insurance, meals, spending money, visas, taxes or other personal expenses unless confirmed by Permella. The winner and guest are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and meeting all travel requirements.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. If an advertised element becomes unavailable, Permella may provide a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.
Permella is not responsible for cancellations, delays, denied boarding, lost baggage or extra costs caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather, industrial action, government restrictions or events outside its reasonable control.
7. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you choose to opt in, Permella UK Ltd may send you occasional marketing emails about new products, exclusive offers, competitions, promotions, and company news.
You will only receive marketing emails if you have given your consent by ticking the relevant box when submitting your details.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Your personal information will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to deliver our services or send communications on our behalf.
8. FAIR USE & DISQUALIFICATION
Permella may disqualify anyone who provides false information, manipulates the entry process, breaches these terms or acts fraudulently. Limited winner information may be published or made available to confirm that the prize was validly awarded, subject to applicable privacy law.
9. CHANGES & LIABILITY
If circumstances outside Permella’s reasonable control materially affect the giveaway, Permella may suspend, amend or cancel it while treating entrants fairly and, where reasonably possible, providing an equivalent prize. Permella is not responsible for entries lost or delayed by technical failures or third-party platforms, or for losses that cannot reasonably be attributed to Permella.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects entrants’ mandatory consumer rights.
10. PROMOTER & LAW
The promoter is Permella Group S.L. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, any airline or hotel. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory rights available in an entrant’s country of residence.
IMPORTANT
Flights depart only from an agreed UK or European airport. The winner is responsible for reaching that airport.
