Our Charm Bar jewellery is crafted from premium 316L stainless steel, one of the highest-quality grades of stainless steel used in jewellery. This material is known for its strength, resistance to rust and long-lasting shine. It is exceptionally durable, so your Permella bracelets can come with you everywhere.

All of our charms are original and exclusive. They are designed in-house by our founder and her creative team. You can’t find Permella charms anywhere else — this is the only place to build your collection.

Yes. Our charm bracelets are custom and personalised to you. Curate, collect and place the charms how you want them. You can do this yourself at home, use our Charm Bar service online, or visit our Tenerife stores.

Yes. Our bracelets are designed for ease of adding and removing your own charms, so your collection can evolve as you do. Note that bracelets and charms purchased prior to our online opening in 2026 may not come with this capability.

Our jewellery is water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and suitable for daily wear. While highly durable, we recommend avoiding frequent exposure to perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to help maintain the original finish over time. With proper care, your pieces will maintain their shine for longer. To keep them looking their best:

• Avoid strong impacts, especially for charms with stones or delicate details

• Limit contact with perfumes, creams, and chemicals

• Store your jewellery in a soft pouch when not in use
