1. About us
This website is operated by Permella UK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17350587), registered office 87 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1ET. You can contact us at hola@permellaspain.com

2. Orders
By placing an order, you are offering to buy the items in your basket. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or has been listed at an obviously incorrect price; if so, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless you translate the store on yourself and include VAT/local taxes. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery
We offer free UK tracked delivery on full-price orders. Orders using a discount code are charged £3.99 for UK tracked delivery. UK orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days. We also ship to Europe; costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

5. Discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with free delivery. We may change or withdraw discount codes at any time.

6. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please contact us at hola@permellaspain.com to let us know, then return the items unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days. [You are responsible for the cost of return postage.] We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back.

7. Faulty items
If an item is faulty, please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Build Your Own pieces
Build Your Own bracelets and necklaces are assembled by us to your chosen design. Please check your design carefully before ordering.

9. Assembling charms at home
If you buy charms, chains or components separately, please follow our How to Attach Your Charm tutorial carefully. We are not responsible for items lost as a result of incorrect or insecure assembly. If you're unsure, contact us before wearing your jewellery and we'll be happy to help.

10. Our products
Our chains are made from 316L stainless steel. Some charms are handmade with enamel detailing, so slight variations in colour and finish may occur.

11. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for [12 months] from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash & no change is given.

12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
